Besides not having International certifates, export activities in West Java still rely on access via the port of Semarang, Surabaya and Jakarta. In fact, if the export is done directly from the West Java Post, it will boost the trade as they are efficient and in­crease local revenue (PAD).

84 fishing ports in West Java will be managed in accordance with the mandate of Law No. 23/2014 c.q. lo­cal government.

On her visit to the Sukabumi Regency recently, Dr. Ita Junita Puspadewi met some officials from Bappeda and representative from the office of Marine and Fisheries, and optimistic that the plan will be made by the provincial government that will coordinate with the district / city government who manage 84 PPI.
